Living Communities
Our housing provides a safe, diverse, and well-maintained environment where you’ll
meet your new friends.
- Undergraduate co-ed building with suite-style living quarters
- Centrally-located near the Red WOLF Center, new improved lobby, 24-hour study rooms, and a laundry/vending room
- First-year co-ed building with suite-style living quarters
- Conveniently-located near the Reng Student Union, spacious main lobby, a central kitchen, and a first-floor laundry room
- Five undergraduate co-ed buildings with four-bedroom, two-bathroom suites
- Each suite includes a furnished living room and kitchenette, while the community also features a central laundry room, outdoor seating, and a campus store
- First-year female only building with suite-style living quarters
- Centrally-located near the Red WOLF Center, suite areas to study and work out, two kitchens, and a laundry room
On-Campus Apartments
- Undergraduate apartments with two and four bedroom layouts
- Centrally-located clubhouse that features a multi-purpose room and outdoor space with outdoor seating, hammocks, a volleyball court, and a pavilion
- Three-story undergraduate apartment buildings with two bedroom/two bath or four bedroom/four bath configurations
- Each apartment includes private bedrooms/bathrooms, a modern kitchen, laundry room, and balcony
- Undergraduate apartments with two- or three-bedroom/one bath and four-bedroom/two bath layouts
- Commons building provides a laundry facility and patio for outdoor activities
- Four three-story apartment buildings with two bed/two bath, one bed/one bath layouts
- Home to graduate students and students of medical school
- Two-story buildings with one- and two-bedroom/one bath and two- and three-bedroom one bath with washer & dryer connections apartments
- Home to non-traditional undergraduate students: married students (with or without children), single parents, graduate students, and students 23 and older
Living Learning Communities
No matter where you call home, you’ll find that our Living Learning Communities make
you feel welcome and at ease. Each offers different amenities and some house particular
communities such as Business majors or ROTC cadets. Learn more about them and see

Greek Village

Living in Greek Village has been an amazing experience for me during my time as a
student at Arkansas State! It is such a special thing to live with a group of women
who build you up and support you. Living on campus was important to me, and getting
to do that while you are surrounded by your friends is the best!
