North Park Quads is located on University Loop East, just steps away from a newly added campus store. The Quads comprised of five co-ed buildings, which are home to first-year and upper-class students. North Park Quads requires card access to enter each building and is made up of suite-style living quarters that accommodate students in a four-bedroom, two-bathroom suite. Each suite includes a furnished living room and kitchenette. This community includes a central building laundry room, outdoor lounge seating, and the North Park Quads University Market. The Quads Office is located in Building 3.
