Kays Hall is located on Dean Street, just a short walk from the Reng Student Union. Kays is home to first-year males and females on different wings of the eleven-story building. Kays Hall requires card access to enter the building as well as to enter the separate wings of each floor. Kays is made up of suite-style living quarters. The main lobby features a large screen television, ping pong, air hockey, and a pool table. The residents of Kays Hall have access to a spacious main lobby, floor lounges, a central kitchen, a first-floor laundry room, and a newly renovated lounge space on the 2nd floor.
