The quickest way to fall in love with A-State is to visit campus. General campus visits will include an informative presentation and a walking tour of campus led by a student guide. Sessions typically last an hour and a half. Interested in meeting with an academic department during your tour? Plan Your Campus Tour

Ready to experience A-State for yourself? Our general campus visit is a great first step. Tours are free and packed with information to help get a feel for campus while getting your questions answered.

What to Expect
Each visit includes a short information session with an A-State staff member, followed by a student-led walking tour of campus. Tours last about an hour (weather permitting) and give you a great feel for campus life.

Summer & Fall Tour Options

Tours Last Approximately 90 Minutes

Summer Tour Times
Monday - 10:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.
Tuesday - Friday, 10:00 a.m. 

Fall Tour Times
Monday - Thursday, 10:00 a.m.
Friday, 10:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.

Reservations

Tours must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance so we can give you the best experience possible. It's free to visit, and scheduling only takes a minute. Check our calendar and pick a time that works for you.

Take Your Tour Further

In addition to your campus tour, you can meet with academic departments or learn more about Honors opportunities by adding one of these sessions to your visit. If you have any questions about scheduling, reach out to us at welcomecenter@astate.edu

Academic Information Sessions

Add an academic appointment to your visit and meet one-on-one with a faculty member from the department you’re considering. It’s a great chance to ask questions and learn more about your program. Here's what you need to know:
  • Appointments are Monday through Friday at 12 p.m.
  • Request your appointment when you register for your tour
  • Registration closes 7 days before your tour date
  • Be sure to choose your area of interest when signing up for your tour
  • If a faculty member isn't available on your visit day, we'll help you reschedule

Honors Information Sessions

Add this optional session to your tour to learn about Honors courses, involvement opportunities, and scholarships. You’ll also get a tour of the Honors Living Learning Community.

Honors sessions are available Monday through Friday at 9 a.m. before your campus tour. Students with a 28 ACT super score (or 1300 SAT) and a 3.5 GPA qualify, but all interested students are welcome to attend. Contact us at welcomecenter@astate.edu to add this to your tour.
