TRiO
For First-Gen and Eligible Students
TRiO Student Support Services helps you stay on track with free academic advising,
tutoring, mentoring, and career coaching. If you’re eligible, you’ll get extra support
to help you succeed at A-State and prepare for what’s next.

Health, Wellness, and Safety Support
On-Campus Medical Care
Get access to medical care without leaving campus. The Student Health Center offers
basic health services, immunizations, and appointments for common illnesses and wellness
needs. If you’re not feeling well, we’re here to help.
Free, Confidential Care
Counseling Services provides confidential mental health support for A-State students.
Whether you need someone to talk to, help managing stress, or ongoing counseling,
our licensed professionals are here for you.
Support for Academic & Personal Struggles
The CARE Team helps when you’re facing personal or academic challenges. They’ll connect
you with the right campus resources to support your wellbeing and success. You can
