Biography

I am originally from Michigan and have lived in the south since 1980.  Prior to entering academic teaching I worked in banking, in the Detroit area.  I have taught at both a public and private university.  I came to ASU in 1985 and became department chair in 2005.  I returned to full time teaching in 2013 and now also supervise the Internship Program for the College.   I enjoy non-profit work and marketing research for small business.   I love to travel and have been fortunate to visit both China and South Africa.   I am the parent of two ASU alums and two King Charles Spaniel and am an avid reader of best-selling fiction.
