Consider using a passphrase for your password. For instance, let's say you love your three dogs. You could use ILoveMy3Dogs. This would be a great password and one you could remember!
Transcripts are free if ordered online through Self Service AND picked up after 24 hours or if we mail to your requested destination.

We are excited to be your first point of contact for problem solving and solution to your IT problems. We support many areas such as first-time account setup, password reset and Microsoft office installation help. Our staff is committed to providing the most up to date information to help guide you during your time here at AState.
Help Desk services are available to all current ASTATE students, faculty, and staff. We cannot assist the general public with technical support issues. If you call the Help Desk, please be prepared to supply your full name and ASTATE ID number. If you visit us in person at Wilson Hall 101, please be prepared to show us your ASTATE ID.
