Joseph has over 15+ years of experience in government and public administration, including experience in law enforcement and emergency services, both as a first responder and incident manager. He has served as the Emergency Management Coordinator for Mississippi County, Arkansas from 2009 to 2016 and briefly as the Northeast Area Coordinator for the Arkansas Department of Emergency Management. He has taught history and political science at Arkansas Northeastern College in Blytheville since 2010 and served as an adjunct faculty member in DPEM before joining full-time in the fall of 2016.
