Online Writing Center
The A-State Online Writing Center offers writing services to A-State Online students so they may develop habits that lead to successful written communication. Staff consists of tutors from various writing backgrounds that understand the struggles and joys of writing. The OWC provides tutoring for all writing stages, from understanding the prompt and outlining to grammar and finalizing the paper. Students can make appointments by downloading the Penji app or utilizing its website at https://www.penjiapp.com.
Online Tutoring
A-State Online Tutoring services offer academic assistance in Math, Biology, Chemistry, Financial & Managerial Accounting and Business Finance, free of charge. Students must request appointments with the Penji app by downloading the app or visiting penjiapp.com.

Online Academic Advisor (Degree/Major Specific)
The primary role of the online academic advisor is to assist with the development of a degree plan for a student in conjunction with the availability of online courses, to ensure that a student is able to graduate in a timely manner.
Online advisors assist students with registration, the intent to graduate application and completing the graduation check sheet. The academic advisor serves as a liaison with the degree program director to assist with any specific questions regarding course availability, graduation requirements etc.
Dean B. Ellis Library
The A-State Dean B. Ellis Library is fully staffed, twelve months a year with administrative, research and educational support, library technology, collection management, metadata and discovery services, access and delivery services and archives/special collections staff members. https://www.astate.edu/a/library/
