Campus Card Center Now Located in Library


The Campus Card Center is now part of IT Support Services and is now located in Room 149 on the first floor of the Dean B. Ellis Library, the former location of the IT Store.

IT Support Services now includes the Campus Card Center, the ITS Help Desk and walk-in technical assistance during business hours, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday - Friday.

The ASTATE Access Card

It's not only your ID card, but it's also your access to your residence hall, meal plan and Express Dollars

So what does this mean for you?

You will present your card to the door reader at your contracted Resident Hall to gain access to the building.  Present your Access Card to any of the Sodexo locations to use your Flex Dollars and at the Acansa to use your board meals.

The Access Card is your campus funds option as well to use at all campus retail locations for discounts and incentives, you will also use your Access Card at all participating Express Dollars locations.

Who can get one?

Students must be enrolled in classes and provide proper identification such as a drivers license, state ID or passport to obtain the Access Card. It is a nontransferable ID card, only the cardholder may present the Access Card for purchases, access, and other privileges.  Faculty and Staff may obtain the Access Card on or after their date of hire in the HR system.

Cost

The first ASTATE Access Card issued is free. There is a $20 replacement fee for damaged, lost or stolen cards.  Proper identification such as a drivers license, state ID or passport is required to obtain a Access Card.
