Rent Fowler Center

Dancers sit on stage, moving in sync.
Fowler Center offers the most elegant atmospheres available in northeast Arkansas for wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, galas, corporate meetings, and other special events. With our offering of different rental space options, we can accommodate events of various sizes. Additionally, our professional staff will provide you with personal service as you plan your special event.

Rental Process

Fowler Center welcomes universities, community organizations, and external organizations that are interested in using our performance, meeting, and event spaces. To begin the rental process, please review the steps below and complete the required forms.

Step One

Submit a Space Request Form
To request the use of one or more Fowler Center spaces, please complete the Rental Request Form. This form lets us review your requested date, time, event type, and facility needs.

Step Two

Complete the Event Worksheet
In addition to the request form, all renters must complete the Event Worksheet. This document outlines the technical, staging, staffing, and equipment requirements for your event. Providing detailed information helps our team determine how best to support your event and prepare the appropriate venue resources.

Step Three

Availability and Event Review

Once submitted, Fowler Center staff will review your request to:

  • Confirm venue availability
  • Identify any scheduling conflicts
  • Review technical and operational needs
  • Determine staffing and support requirements

Our staff may contact you for additional information or to discuss event logistics.

Step Four

Contract and Reservation Confirmation
If the requested date and event needs can be accommodated, Fowler Center will provide a rental contract outlining event details, policies, procedures, rental fees, and payment information. Dates are not officially secured until the contract process is completed, and all required approvals and payments are received.
