Don Wayne also began his professional musical career as a teenager, performing first in his father’s band and later with his siblings as the Reno Brothers. He is also a past member of Hayseed Dixie, a band that specializes in playing bluegrass versions of classic rock songs.

Bassist Terry Eldredge’s bluegrass resume includes performing in the bands of the duo Lonzo and Oscar, Wilma Lee Cooper, and Grand Ole Opry members the Osborne Brothers with whom he played for ten years. He also spent time as a vocalist in Larry Cordle’s band Lonesome Standard Time and he was the long-time lead vocalist for the Grascals, singing on many of their #1 bluegrass hits.
