Frequently Asked Questions

WHEN SHOULD I APPLY?

Ideally, you should apply at the beginning of the semester before you want to transfer. For example, if you want to begin classes in the fall, you should apply in January or February. (However, A-State will admit students until the Friday before school starts for a new semester, so do not hesitate to apply if you miss this suggested timeline for application).

HOW CAN I REQUEST TRANSFER INFORMATION?

Please email transfernow@astate.edu and request information. We will respond ASAP!

HOW DO I SCHEDULE A VISIT TO SEE CAMPUS?

People can tell you how great a place is, but the best way to know whether it's right for you is to see it and experience it yourself. At Arkansas State University, we welcome your visit and offer various campus visitation programs to suit your needs. www.astate.edu/a/recruitment/visit-campus/
