Our goal is to admit candidates who will succeed in their veterinary careers and reflect the community they will serve, meeting the veterinary needs of Arkansas, the region, and the greater community.

The Next Generation of Veterinary Professionals

The College of Veterinary Medicine plans to welcome its first cohort of students in Fall 2026. Applications for the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine program will open following the successful completion of the American Veterinary Medical Association Council on Education’s accreditation process.
