First-Year Writing Conference
Celebrating Student Research Efforts
The First-Year Writing Conference hosts a conference-style event at the end of each term which showcases student achievement in community-changing research efforts.
Below, you can find our students' work from our digital FYWC conference hosted during the COVID-19 pandemic. The A-State Writing Program's FYWC Committee was determined to continue celebrating our students' hard work despite the circumstances. Presented digitally below are the highest quality presentations of Composition II students’ work. These projects represent the top ten percent of all the digitally compatible work submitted for our consideration. The members of the FWYC Committee wish to thank Dr. Gina Hogue, Dr. Janelle Collins, and the Composition II instructors; without their generous support, this virtual event would not have been possible.
