Empowering Access, Fostering Engagement

We want to be proactive and intentional about creating an opportunity to retain and cultivate meaningful connections between the institution and its various stakeholders – students, faculty, staff, alumni and the broader community; through enhanced support networks, mentorship opportunities and collaborative initiatives which will benefit everyone.

This not only enriches the educational experience for all stakeholders but also prepares them to thrive in any environment.

Brother 2 Brother

Succeeding and Achieving Together

Brother 2 Brother is a community where African American men at A-State find support, mentorship and real opportunities to thrive. What started with just four members has grown into a strong, engaged network of students and mentors dedicated to leadership, brotherhood, and academic success.

Through everything from barbershop-style conversations and financial literacy workshops to service projects and empowerment events, B2B helps you build confidence, make meaningful connections, and push toward graduation with a team behind you.

If you’re looking for a place to grow, lead, and succeed together, Brother 2 Brother is here to support your journey every step of the way.

Sister 2 Sister

Ready to Serve

Sister 2 Sister is a supportive, empowering community for African American women at A-State, focused on academic success, personal growth, and service. Since 2005, the program has grown from a small group to a thriving network of students and mentors who create space for authentic connection, leadership development, and meaningful involvement on campus. Through study halls, financial literacy workshops, service projects, and engagement events, S2S helps members build confidence, find their voice, and stay on track to graduate. It’s a place where you can grow, be supported, and make a lasting impact—together.
