Degrees and Transcripts

We understand that many of you need your official documents, but there are end-of-the-semester processes that must happen before degrees are posted.  Transcripts for Spring graduates will indicate a conferral date of February 24th or May 6th, once awarded. Students should continue to check their student email even after their coursework has ended so they do not miss important correspondence concerning their degree posting.

If You Want Us to Mail Your Diploma(s)

Diplomas will not start going out in the mail until the week of June 5, 2023 and will continue to be processed for a couple of weeks thereafter. Diplomas that are mailed require the completion of a diploma authorization form. This form will be sent to the student.  Students should continue to check their student email even after their coursework has ended so they do not miss important correspondence concerning diploma distribution. Diplomas will not be issued if there is a financial hold.

If You Want to Pick Up Your Diploma(s) in Person
