Follow-up and Follow-Through: Developing Program Response

 

The consultants will present one written report with their findings to the institution within 30 days after the site visit. The findings will include key information for continued program improvement. These findings should be basis for the program leaders (dean, associate dean, department chair, and program faculty) response letter that includes a timeline and improvement plan. This letter and improvement plan must be presented to the Office of Academic Affairs within 30 days of receipt of the consultants’ report.

The Office of Academic Affairs expects a one-year progress report, which is due May 15 the following academic year. Additional progress reports will be determined at that time.
