The RESTORE Hub Adds Four New Employees

The RESTORE (Research, Education, Service, Transition and Outreach through Reflective Engagement) Hub at Arkansas State University (A-State) is pleased to announce its newest team members.
Jacob Otile
Jacob Otile, M.D., MPH, DCM, of Apac, Uganda, has accepted the position of clinical researcher for the RESTORE Hub business acuity team. He earned a diploma in clinical medicine and community health from Fort Portal College of Health Sciences in 2013 and a bachelor’s degree of Medicine and a bachelor’s degree of surgery (MBChB) from the Islamic University - Habib Medical School in 2020. Otile also earned a master’s degree in public health with a specialization in epidemiology from the Indiana University School of Public Health-Bloomington. He is a licensed General Practitioner with the Uganda Medical Association and the Dental Practitioners Council (UMDPC). He is also a member of the American Public Health Association.
Thomas McDonough
Thomas McDonough, of Austin, has accepted the position of part-time research assistant for the RESTORE Hub business acuity team. He earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from A-State in 2025. He is currently involved in the A-State ROTC program and will be commissioned into the Arkansas Army National Guard on August 8.
Neha
Neha, of Haryana, India has accepted the position of graduate assistant for the RESTORE Hub business acuity team. She earned a bachelor’s degree in physics from the Chaudhary Devi Lal University in 2021 and a master’s degree in physics from the same college in 2023. Neha is currently pursuing a master’s degree in business administration from A-State. She also currently serves as secretary in the A-State Indian student organization.
Faye Scudder-Tate
Faye Scudder-Tate, of Jonesboro, has accepted the position of part-time administrative assistant for the RESTORE Hub. Faye also works within the Education Renewal Zone at A-State. She graduated from Piggott High School in 2014 before earning a certificate in music and art education from Three Rivers College in Poplar Bluff in 2018. Scudder-Tate also serves as the public image chair for the Jonesboro Rotary Club.
