ASBTDC to Offer Free Masterclass to Help Small Businesses with Online Reviews
JONESBORO – The Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center (ASBTDC) at Arkansas State University will co-host a free class to assist business owners with online reviews at noon on Thursday, Aug. 21.
The class, co-hosted by Atwill Media, will be held at the Judd Hill Farmers’ Market, located at 3350 Aggie Rd. ”Unlimited Feedback: A Masterclass in Navigating Online Reviews” will share insights to help small business owners perform a variety of tasks.
These include how to respond effectively to online reviews, how to strengthen their online presence, as well as how to protect and enhance their brand reputation.
