Unfortunately we will not be able to offer lodging this year. We do have a brand new hotel on campus, Embassy Suites on Red Wolf.
The following information is for attendees that will be staying on campus during the institute, we will have limited space available for boarding so it will be on a first come, first serve basis.
All bedrooms are double occupancy. Each bedroom is furnished with a full size bed, a desk, a chair, a night stand, and Ethernet port. 2 bedrooms are connected with a shared bathroom between rooms. Each person will have their own room with a shared bathroom.
Requesting Accommodations
- If you are staying on campus, be sure to request accommodations on the registration form.
- Room check-in for the APSI residents begins Monday evening, July 27 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Sign-in will be in the Kays Hall Foyer for both men and women. You will receive a packet with a hang tag for parking, meal ticket for breakfast in the Acansa dining hall in the Student Union. Lunch will be provided in Centennial Hall on the third floor of the Student Union each day. Please note that dinner will not be provided. Late check-in will be Tuesday, July 28 from 5 – 6 p.m. in the Kays Hall Foyer.
