Jo Ann Nalley received an honorary doctoral degree in public service Saturday during Spring Commencement.

JONESBORO – Jo Ann Nalley, longtime director of Childhood Services at Arkansas State University, received an honorary doctoral degree in public service Saturday during Spring Commencement.
