Alam and Five Students Present Research at National ACS Meeting

Five students who work with Dr. Mohammad Abrar Alam joined him to attend and share research at the American Chemical Society (ACS) fall 2025 meeting.

JONESBORO – Five students who work with Dr. Mohammad Abrar Alam, professor of chemistry and holder of the Beck Professorship in Chemistry, joined him to attend and share research at the American Chemical Society (ACS) fall 2025 meeting in Washington, D.C.

The undergraduate and graduate students presented posters and gave talks on novel drug development research in which they are involved at A-State, including development of anti-tumor and anti-bacterial agents in Alam's laboratory.
