JONESBORO – Arkansas State University Museum will celebrate the Through a Child’s Eyes  (TACE) exhibition with an open-house event from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 28.

This juried art show features beautiful works by children from across the region, ranging from pre-K through eighth grade. Judges from various A-State departments will select pieces to be awarded first, second and third place ribbons, and all artists are appreciated for their hard work. TACE will remain on display throughout April.

“Most every day, small children see something for the first time…and their brains go bananas with joy and curiosity,” says museum educator Jill Kary. “It is when kids artistically illustrate these new sights and experiences that we begin to see the world through their eyes.”

All are welcome to attend the open-house and to stop by in April to view and become enchanted by the wonderful artworks of our region’s children. There is no price for admission.
