Housing Deposit Guide
How to Make your Housing Prepayment
Students can make the housing prepayment once they have been officially admitted to the university and have received their A-State ID and PIN numbers.

Log in to student My Bill page with your A-State ID and PIN number.

Choose the “Deposits” tab.

In the drop down menu, Select “Residence Hall Deposit” in the drop down menu.

The Residence Hall Deposit page will indicate the current term payment is being made (Spring 2024).

The housing deposit will be applied to the student’s first semester in residence.

Students applying for Spring 2024 Housing will wait 24 hours and then log in to the Housing Portal to access the Spring Only Housing Application for room selection for students starting classes in Spring 2024.

Students applying for housing for Fall 2024-Spring 2025 only complete their Housing Deposit at this time. The 2024-2025 Housing Application will open on December 1 with room selection occurring during the Spring 2024 semester.
