Our advisors work with specific program models (faculty-led, exchange, external) and will discuss the specifics of your process, including application procedures, course credits, budgeting, and acquiring transcripts. Advising is available by appointment or walk-in.
- Schedule an Appointment: Appointments are available in 30-minute or 1 hour intervals. Appointments can be made on most days.
- Walk-In: Walk-in advising is available every day from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. for 30 minutes and does not require an appointment. For longer advising, please schedule an appointment.

Pre- Departure Orientation
All Students participating in a study abroad program are required to attend a pre-departure orientation conducted by the Study Abroad Office. The orientation is designed to prepare you for some of the challenges you may face while abroad. Important topics include, but are not limited to, academic expectations, health, and safety abroad, cultural adjustment. This is a venue to meet with fellow students who are going abroad in the same program or country.
