Tuesday, October 10 | Duck Hunt | 11am-1pm, Student Union
We're bringing back one of our most popular events! Our team will hide rubber & plastic ducks around campus and release hints to our Instagram story on their location. When students find the duck, they will bring them to our table in the Student Union. A rubber duck will get students some Scarlet to Black merchandise, and a plastic duck will get them a special prize!
Wednesday, October 11 | Race to Financial Wellness | 12pm-1pm, Starting @ Student Union
Students will race to different locations on campus that can help improve their financial wellness! The first student to visit all locations and return to the starting point will receive $500.
Friday, October 13 | Volunteer Meeting | DCED 110
We are having a meeting for volunteers for our upcoming Scarlet to Black Financial Wellness Challenge Conference. 100+ 6th-8th grade students will be attending, and we are looking for college students to lead the kids around and help out with our workshops! Tuesday, October 17 | Scarlet to Black Financial Wellness Challenge | Student Union
This will be our first year for this conference! Students in 6th-8th grade will come to campus to take a 60-question test in 60 minutes. Beyond the competition, we will have two workshops led by our college student volunteers! This is a great way to introduce younger students to financial wellness and get them on a college campus.
