If you require a transcript or diploma to be certified or apostilled, please note that this process is not immediate and we recommend that you allow sufficient time for processing. Here are the steps that you need to take for this process:
- Request an official copy of your transcript and/or diploma.
- Request that this is notarized through the Office of Admissions, Records and Registration. Documents must be properly notarized by an Arkansas Notary Public or must bear the seal and signature of an Arkansas elected official.
- If you require this to be sent through for the Arkansas Apostille and Certification process (please note that EACH document will require a fee of $5 for a certification request and $10 for an apostille request), you will be required to send through all corresponding documentation to the following address:
1401 West Capitol Ave,
Little Rock, AR 72201
