VISITORS & INVITED GUESTS
Visitors to campus have two convenient options available for parking:
Visitor Spaces
Visitors may park in designated visitor parking zones (no charge) indicated with the blue and white visitor signage as seen on this page.
Metered/Garage Parking
Visitors may use paid meter or garage parking. Payment is required at the rate displayed from the meter/pay station. No permit is required.
Campus way finding signage provides directions to visitor parking zones. Meters are conveniently located near the entrances of key buildings on campus. Garage parking is available at the North Parking Deck located on Caraway Rd.
VENDORS & SERVICE PROVIDERS
Vendors and service providers conducting business on campus may park in designated visitor parking zones (no charge) upon their first visit to our campus. Subsequent visits will require the purchase of a business parking permit.
A business permit authorizes parking in faculty/staff parking zones and service/delivery zones as well as general unrestricted commuter zones. The purchase fee is $80.00, and the permit is valid for one year from date of purchase. The fee must be paid at the Cashier Window located on the second floor of the Reng Student Union. A permit may then be obtained at the A-State Parking Services office, 2301 E. Johnson, Ste. D (corner of Caraway/Johnson).
A permit will not be issued without proof of payment. Please have vehicle information available (make, model, year, license plate number, etc.).
