We provide nine parking lots around campus for contract parking. Purchasing a space in a contract lot secures your space for the academic year.
Parking Services is now offering a new simple way to sign up for contract parking.
1. Log on to the my.AState web portal
2. Select Parking eBiz
3. Click on the “Add/Edit Contract Parking Waitlist” link
4. Follow the directions on each screen
5. You may select more than one lot
The North Parking Deck is convenient to the Reng Student Union, Eugene Smith Hall, College of Nursing and Health Professions, International Student Center, and Kays & University Residence Halls.
Central Lot A is convenient to the College of Business, Wilson Hall, Dean B. Ellis Library, the Administration Building, and Military Science.
The Central Lot C is convenient to the College of Agriculture, College of Media and Communication, College of Education and Behavioral Science, and Lab Sciences East & West.
The South Lot is convenient to the College of Fine Arts, Agriculture, Sciences & Mathematics, Lab Sciences East & West and the Arkansas Biosciences Institute.
The South Lot B is convenient to the Arkansas Biosciences Institute, Sciences & Mathematics, Lab Sciences East & West and the College of Fine Arts, Agriculture.
The South Lot C is convenient to the Arkansas Biosciences Institute, Sciences & Mathematics, and Lab Sciences East & West.
The West Lot is convenient to the College of Business, Wilson Hall, Dean B. Ellis Library, Administration Building, Military Science, Education Leadership Building, Kays & University Residence Halls, and the Student Union.
The East Lot is convenient to the College of Nursing & Health Professions, Fine Arts, International English Studies Building, Reynolds Center, Smith Hall, Reng Student Union, and Wilson Hall.

Students and employees secure contract parking through Parking eBiz. Log in to my.AState and select Parking eBiz in the QuickLaunch Navigation section, followed by "Contract Parking Waitlist." Customers may select one or more waitlists. Parking Services will contact customers as spaces become available.
Students may charge contract parking fees to their student accounts or pay using a credit card. Employees paid by A-State may set up a payroll deduction payment plan or pay by credit card. Employees not paid by A-State must pay by credit card only.
Students and employees may renew their contract parking spaces for each upcoming academic year. Parking Services will make every reasonable attempt to notify customers of upcoming renewal periods.
Some contract parking lots are protected by access gates. Customer A-State ID cards are activated to provide access through the gates. Gate access protection may be removed as needed and/or as announced by A-State Parking Services. Other lots such as the North Parking Deck and other surface lots are not restricted by gate access. These lots are restricted with posted signage. All customers must display a current parking permit from their vehicles when parking in their contract parking spaces. Permit fees are not included in the contract parking fees.
Restricted hours are published in the latest version of the Parking/Motor Vehicle Regulations. Parking Services officers patrol contract parking lots routinely. Unauthorized vehicles that are parked in contract spaces during the restricted hours are subject to citations and towing. Customers are encouraged to contact Parking Services immediately at 972‐2945 when experiencing any problem with accessing their contract parking spaces. The Parking Services staff will provide instructions to customers in such events.
