Go to www.astate.edu/jobs and click on the appropriate career website. All new and existing applicants will need to create a new account to apply or access their applications.
Select the position you wish to apply for to create a new account.
You can select "Save Draft" at the bottom of any screen during the application process. Once you log back into your account, you will have the option to resume the application.
To view your application progress, log into the appropriate Career Website. If your application says "On File" it has been received. You will receive a notification if your status changes.
You may attach your resume during the application process.
You may attach your reference list during the application process.
To edit your application, log into your application at www.astate.edu/jobs.
You can change the positions you applied for by logging into the system and viewing your My Job Page. There is a Withdraw button located on each position.
If you withdraw your application by mistake, you will need to submit your application again for the position.
To reset your password, go to the appropriate Career Website, click ‘Login Page’ in the upper right hand corner, and then select ‘Forgot password’ within the login screen. From there, you will put in your email address that you used to make an account, and click the red submit button. A password reset email will be sent to you shortly if you have an account under that email address.
