Full-time Employees with Health Insurance Coverage through A-State:
Do you have questions regarding a recent Explanation of Benefits (EOB) or invoice you received from a clinic/doctors office or even a coverage question for an upcoming procedure or surgery? Or any other questions regarding your health insurance?
If so, a representative from our health insurance provider, Blue Advantage, has scheduled campus visits for 2024 to meet directly with employees. These meetings will take place from 11 am to 1 pm on the dates below in the Administration Building, Room 110. No appointment is necessary. Please stop by the Human Resources office during one these time periods to meet directly with the representative.
