- Student Name
- A second type of identifying information (i.e. ASU ID number)
- Term of award (i.e. Fall & Spring, Fall Only, Spring Only, Summer Only,)
Donors that require billing should contact Student Account Services at 870.972.2285.
Please note that all outside source scholarships are added to the recipient’s financial aid package according to Federal, State, and Institutional guidelines. Any scholarship requirements specific to an outside source scholarship are deemed an agreement between the donor and recipient and are not controlled by the university.
