Inventory Procedures Manual

Request for Equipment Inventory Transfer - used to document equipment being moved and reassigned.

Excess Equipment Removal or Disposal - used to document when equipment is physically removed and deleted from the property management system (Banner) or is being removed for reuse by another department or office.

Equipment Trade-In  - used to trade equipment for another one.

Equipment Donation - used to document when equipment is donated by the University to another agency.

Missing Equipment Report - used to document when equipment has been stolen or is missing.

Equipment Off-Campus Usage - used to document when equipment is used off-campus by outside schools, clinicians, etc., for educational purposes and/or to document the departments that have off-campus sites.
