As we have moved to a research institution, the need to more efficiently manage requests for administrative leadership to attend and/or speak at events on behalf of the university has become an imperative.
With sufficient lead time and the information you provide below, every effort will be made to accommodate requests. Requests must be made at least six weeks in advance. Once the form is submitted, you will be contacted to confirm the engagement.
