MENTORING.   INCLUSION.   NETWORKING.   DIVERSITY.


Papers or poster presentations on best practices, current practical application research, and initiatives to advance a culture of diversity in higher education, business and STEM fields aligned with the conference theme, "MIND Matters," are welcome.  Specifically sought is research advancing a workplace culture of inclusion and diversity through cultural change, purposeful networking, mentorship, economic empowerment and career advancement.

Track 1: Mentoring - creating a culture of support to effect meaningful change

Track 2:  Inclusion - recognizing the impact of all stakeholders in the workplace

Track 3:  Networking - building significant and valuable connections

Track 4:  Diversity - leveraging individual differences

If you would like to be a peer reviewer, please submit an updated CV to the conference committee at MINDMatters@astate.edu by February 22, 2018.

Submission & Review Timeline

Abstracts:  Submission open January 22, 2018 to February 28, 2018 at 11:59 p.m.  All abstracts conform to APA 6th edition and should be between 150 and 250 words. Final call for abstracts extended to April 1,2018 at 11:59 pm.

Feedback on Abstracts Communicated to Submitter by March 15, 2018.  For submissions received after February 28, feedback will be provided by the latest April 16.

Summary Briefs:  These are due June 15, 2018 to July 15, 2018 at 11:59 p.m.  The maximum length for summary brief is 2-3 pages and must conform to APA 6th edition.
