Visit Campus

People can tell you how great a place is, but the best way to know whether it's right for you is to see it--and experience it--for yourself. At Arkansas State, we welcome your visit and offer a variety of campus visitation programs to suit your needs.

Scheduling your Visit

Our visits are very popular, so be sure to request your visit at least one week prior to visiting campus.

Individual Visits

Individual visits are offered to students with an ACT composite score of 18 or higher. Individual visits are available Monday thru Friday, from 9:30 a.m.-2 p.m. in the fall and spring semesters. Summer visits are available Monday thru Thursday, from 9:30 a.m.-2 p.m.

During your individual campus visit, you will have the opportunity to:

• Meet with a recruitment advisor. 
• Tour campus with a student tour guide. (approximately 45 minutes, weather permitting)
• Meet with a faculty member in your academic area of interest (subject to availability of faculty member).

Honors Visits

Personalized Honors visits are offered to students with an ACT composite score of 27 or higher AND a cumulative high school GPA of 3.5 or higher. Honors visits are available Monday thru Friday at 10:30 a.m. throughout the year.

During your Honors visit, you will have the opportunity to:

• Meet with a recruitment advisor. 
• Tour campus with a student tour guide (approximately 45 minutes, weather permitting)
• Eat lunch in Acansa Dining Hall.
• Meet with a representative from The Honors College. 
• Meet with a faculty member in your academic area of interest.

Group Visits

Arkansas State University offers group visits for high schools, nonprofit organizations, businesses, etc. Group visits typically last two hours and include a short presentation from a recruitment advisor, financial aid representative and a campus tour provided by a student WOLF Ambassador. Special accommodations may be possible if you make your request at least one month in advance.

Lunch will not be provided by the university, but you will have an opportunity to experience our dining options located on the first floor of the Student Union. Most meals range between $7-8. Also, groups are welcome to bring sack lunches.
