Biography

Kelly E. Fish is a Professor of Computer & Information Technology and Director of the International Business Resource Center (IBRC) at Arkansas State University (ASU) in Jonesboro, Arkansas, USA. He received his MIM from Thunderbird School of Global Management and his Ph.D. from the University of Mississippi. His research involves application of artificial intelligence computing to business problems, consumer choice modeling and, data mining. As Director of ASU's IBRC he provides leadership for its mission of enhancing the global competence of the residents living in the Arkansas Delta Region (ADR) by improving the teaching of international business at ASU and, assisting ADR businesses in learning to export products or services.
