Ticket Pickup & Delivery
Purchased through the Central Box Office:
A mail out option is available if the tickets are purchased 7 days prior to the event. If you purchased your tickets over the phone with our office and chose to have them mailed, you will receive your Ticket USPS First Class within 5 business days. If you chose Will Call those will be available at the Central Box Office during normal business hours or at event specific locations.
Purchased Online through Ticketmaster.com:
Tickets purchased on-line at Ticketmaster.com may be picked up at Will Call if purchased within 10 days of the event date. Shipping and other delivery methods are available through Ticketmaster.
For A-State Athletic Events and most special events everyone, 2 years and older, attending the events must have a ticket. A child under 2 years old does not need a ticket, but is required to sit in the lap of their parent or guardian. Some family shows have policies requiring tickets for those under the age of 2. Call 870-972-2781 for information about a specific event.
Tickets are available through the Central Box Office in person or by phone Monday – Friday 8:30AM – 5:00PM. You can also purchase tickets online via Ticketmaster.com 24 hours a day or Toll Free at 1.800.745.3000. Methods of Payment - CASH, CHECK(Not accepted for Convo Events), VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS. Service charges may apply.
