The mission of Parking Services is to provide courteous, safe, and efficient parking services for the campus community and public.
Citation Appeals
All parking and motor vehicle citations may be appealed within 7 days of the date issued. All appeals are processed through the my.AState web portal. Log into the portal using your campus login ID and password. Then select the "Parking eBiz" and follow the directions on each screen.
Non-student and non-employees should contact Parking Services at Parking@AState.edu regarding parking and motor vehicle citations.
