We provide six parking lots around campus for contract parking. Purchasing a spot in a contract lot secures your space for the entire year. 

How do I sign up for contract parking?

Parking Services is now offering a new simple way to sign up for Contract Parking.

1. Log on to the myCampus web portal
2. Select "Parking eBiz”
3. Click on the “Contract Parking Waitlist” link
4. Follow the directions on each screen
5. You may select more than one lot

Where are the contract parking lots?


  • North Parking Deck

    The North Parking Deck is convenient to the Student Union, Reng Student Services Center, Eugene Smith Hall, College of Nursing and Health Professions, Center for Excellence in Education, International Student Center, and Kays & University Residence Halls.

  • Central Lot A (SW-3)

    Central Lot A is convenient to the College of Business, Wilson Hall, library, the Administration Building, and Military Science.

How do students and employees secure contract parking?

Students and employees secure contract parking through Parking eBiz. You log in to myCampus, click “Parking eBiz” in the QuickLaunch Navigation section, followed by contract parking waitlist. You may add yourself on the areas you are interested in and we will contact you when a space becomes available.

How do students and employees pay for contract parking?

Students and employees are not required to pay in advance of securing a contract parking space. The appropriate fees will be directly applied to customer accounts.

Students may pay for contract parking fees on their accounts in the same manner that other fees are paid. Employees may pay for contract parking on their accounts. Most employees are also eligible to enroll in a payroll deduction plan sponsored by Human Resources. Contact Human Resources at 972‐3454 for more information.

Students and employees may renew their contract parking spaces for each upcoming academic year. Parking Services will make every reasonable attempt to notify customers of upcoming renewal periods

How do students and employees access contract parking lots?

Most contract parking lots are protected by access gates. Customer ASU ID cards are activated to provide access through the gates. Gate access protection may be removed as needed and/or as announced by ASU‐Jonesboro or the P/MV Regulations. Some lots such as the North Parking Deck are not restricted by gate access. These lots are restricted with posted signage. All customers must display a current parking permit from their vehicles when parking in their contract parking spaces. Permits are issued at the published cost in the P/MV Regulations and/or the Parking Services website. Permit fees are not included in the contract parking fees.

How are contract parking spaces enforced?

Restricted hours are published in the latest version of the P/MV Regulations. Parking Services officers patrol contract parking lots routinely. Unauthorized vehicles that are parked in contract spaces during the restricted hours are subject to citations and towing. Customers are encouraged to contact Parking Services immediately at 972‐2945 when experiencing any problem with accessing their contract parking spaces. The Parking Services staff will provide instructions to customers in such events.
