Class Descriptions: 

Cardio Blast- Come join us for a 25-minute metabolism-boosting HIIT cardio workout. Low-Moderate impact. All fitness levels. Total Body.

Classic Yoga- A steady practice with an emphasis on flexibility, balance, concentration, and breath control. Each class is based on physical postures, deep breathing, and mindfulness. Low impact. All fitness levels. 45 min

Gentle Yoga- Participants focus on the breath to move slowly through poses at a steady and natural tempo, to prepare the mind and body for deeper inward awareness. Low impact. All fitness levels. 45 min

Fit Wolves Boot Camp- FWBC is a challenging- but fun, total-body workout. Members can expect a fat torching and muscle-sculpting workout focusing on strength routines paired with cardiovascular busts. Moderate impact. Moderate to advanced fitness levels. 30 min

Resistance Training- Join us for 30 minutes of resistance training designed to help you build strength, tone, and lose body fat. Low impact. All fitness levels.

Total Body Circuit- Grab a great functional workout session with this class. TBC combines the use of bodyweight training and portable exercise equipment. This variation keeps your body guessing and gets you the results you deserve. Low impact. All fitness levels. 45 min

 

All participants must become Red Wolf Wellness Members before attending Red Wolf Wellness Zoom classes.

Terms and Conditions

 The Department of Wellness and Health Promotion and the University does not carry any insurance program to cover participants.

 Participation in any wellness activity is on a voluntary basis. All participants are strongly encouraged to undergo a health evaluation and consult with their personal physician indicating the fitness level appropriate for strenuous activity prior to participating in any wellness activity.

 RELEASE OF ALL CLAIMS FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE.

 I recognize and acknowledge that participating in the Red Wolf Wellness Program and the physical exercise and diet activities that are part of the Program carry certain risks of personal physical injury, property damage, or other losses, up to and including death. In consideration for being allowed to participate in the Red Wolf Wellness Program at Arkansas State University–Jonesboro, I agree to: Assume all risks of any personal injuries, property damages, or other losses that I may sustain as a result of my participation in any wellness activities associated with the Red Wolf Wellness Program.

 Fully release and discharge Arkansas State University-Jonesboro, its officers, agents, and employees from any and all claims for personal injuries, property damages, or other losses that I may suffer on account of my participation in any wellness activities associated with the Red Wolf Wellness Program.

 Indemnify and hold harmless Arkansas State University-Jonesboro, its officers, agents, and employees from all claims, suits, actions, injuries, damages, and losses sustained by me and arising out of, connected with, or in any way associated with my participation in any wellness activities associated with the Red Wolf Wellness Program.
