Attend a study abroad workshop to learn about available programs, eligibility, credit transfer process, financial aid and scholarships, deadlines, and how to apply. This is your first step before you meet with a study abroad advisor.

Our advisors work with specific program models (faculty led, exchange, external) and will discuss the specifics of your process, including application procedures, course credits, budgeting, and acquiring transcripts. Advising is available by appointment or walk- in. To schedule an appointment, call the Office of Study Abroad at (870) 972 3734 or email the Study Abroad Office at email@example.com.
Walk-in hours are available on Thursdays, 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, for 30 minutes. For longer advising, please schedule an appointment.
Pre- Departure Orientation
All Students participating in a study abroad program are required to attend a pre-departure orientation conducted by the Study Abroad Office. The orientation is designed to prepare you for some of the challenges you may face while abroad. Important topics include, but are not limited to, academic expectations, health and safety abroad, cultural adjustment. This is a venue to meet with fellow students who are going abroad in the same program or country.
