Favorite Place on Campus: Heritage Plaza Lawn is one of my favorite places. It is always a great place to sit and catch up on a good book or have lunch on a beautiful day.
Favorite Campus Event: Welcome Week Fair if my favorite event. It is an opportunity to interact with members of the community and meet new people that are also part of A-State.
Free Time Activities: My free time is usually spent relaxing or taking trips with my family. My favorite free time events were a trip to Italy and a trip to Los Angeles and San Diego California.
Favorite Place to Eat in Jonesboro: J-Towns is my favorite place to eat. The menu is packed with great options and all the servers are very friendly and helpful.
Most Interesting Class You Took in College: My most interesting class was an advertising class. I was part of a group that had to develop a marketing plan for a local restaurant who needed to increase sales by 30% or they would have to close down. We worked with the student body through surveys to help determine what would be the most important thing for the restaurant to focus on in order to increase sales.
#1 Piece of Advice for Prospective Students: Visit, Visit, Visit- I truly believe that a campus visit can help solidify a student’s decision on whether or not they enroll at a university. It gives prospective students an opportunity to see “college life” in action.
