Orders, Prices & Estimates

Orders

Routine Orders

Such as ASU business cards, envelopes and letterhead and forms, Printing Services usually needs only an online requisition form completed, signed and sent to procurement services. Along with this, please send or fax a sample to us. Also for exact reorders, please attach a sample if at all possible so that we are sure to retrieve the correct electronic document file.

New Orders

For new orders or reorders with changes, please provide a sample printout and clearly mark any changes on the sample. We will then typeset the new copy and will fax a proof to you promptly. We ask that you review the proof carefully to make certain we have not made any errors.

Four Color Orders

For brochures, newsletters, books and other printing projects we will create an appropriate proof. Proofs will be sent to Creative Services and you will be contacted to review the proof.

Materials that may be sent out to the public must be reviewed and approved by ASU Publications & Creative Services department. If needed Creative Services will design, create and edit any printing project for ASU departments at no charge. Creative Services does an outstanding job of designing print materials.

ASU Printing Services also provides printed materials for other state universities, Arkansas community colleges and state agencies. All that is needed from a state entity is the document file and a purchase order. Please feel free to consult with us for any printing project.

Estimates

For routine orders (letterhead, envelopes, and business cards), please refer to our standard price list, linked below.
If you need a cost estimate for your next printing project, Printing Services will gladly furnish free estimates for any type printing and for any quantities. Please feel free to contact Printing Services with the details of your project for an estimate.
