Each and every day, something exciting is happening on the campus of Arkansas State University. If you are hosting an event on campus, please let us know by utilizing the form below. Many times, attendees that are unfamiliar with our campus will contact us for directions. Knowledge of these events will aid us in assisting those to the correct events.
Also, the University Police Department can provide one or more officers to attend your on-campus event. These officers can assist with traffic and/or crowd control. Requirements for this service are listed below:
- Hourly cost of $35.00/hr per officer
- A 2hr minimum per officer hired
-Provide a copy of campus lease or approval letter for the event.
- The number of officers needed for the event will be mutually agreed on by both parties.
- Must have secured payment within 14 calendar days of the event.
