1. Check Your Eligibility
Qualification is based on age and years of service as of June 30, 2024.
- Must be at least age 60
- Must have completed 10 years of continuous full-time service with Arkansas State University.
- Verify your eligibility through Self Service Banner9. (For best results, use the Google Chrome browser.)
2. Submit Your Application
- Applications will be accepted between March 15 and midnight on April 29, 2024.
- Employee must complete the Agreement and Waiver forms.
3. Eligibility Review
- A-State Human Resources verifies eligibility.
4. Final Acceptance
- Upon completion of the revocation period, the chancellor will review and accept the application.
5. Notification
- Employee will receive written notification once the agreement is approved.
Employees can revoke their application within seven (7) days of submission.
