Please be aware that the office of Access and Accommodation Services has transitioned to providing services via online only. Staff will be working from home and have no physical presence within the office. Hours of operation will still remain Monday – Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm CST.

Phones and voicemails are still being monitored periodically throughout the day and the appropriate office staff member will reply as soon as possible.
If you need to speak with your assigned counselor but do not know who that is, you can locate that information by logging into the AIM portal and looking under “Primary Advisor” near the bottom left side of your dashboard. You can access the portal via this link: https://hood.accessiblelearning.com/AState/ or from the Access and Accommodation Services webpage.

Creating a barrier free environment
Access & Accommodation Services is responsible for the coordination and provision of support services to students with disabilities. We strive to ensure access for students with disabilities and to comply with ADA, ADAAA amendments act of 2008, Section 504 and Section 508 of Rehabilitation Act. Any A-State student with a disability may utilize services through A&AS.
How to Register with Access & Accommodation Services

You may choose to upload documentation along with the application or do so at a later date.
After you have completed the application, contact the office, 870-972-3964 to schedule an appointment to meet with a counselor and discuss appropriate accommodations.
