Equipment Donation - used to document when equipment is donated by the University to another agency.
To request the removal of excess equipment and equipment inventory transfers, please log into the my.AState portal and submit a request through Helpdesk Tickets. Once in Helpdesk, click on Get Started under the Submit a Ticket section. In the Property Accounting category, select the service ticket request needed. There will be an Excel spreadsheet attachment to download and complete. Then select the red form button to provide other required information, attach the completed Excel spreadsheet, and submit the request
