Students in Brass Choir and Tuba Ensemble to Perform in Concert, March 28

JONESBORO -- The Brass Choir and Tuba Ensemble from the Department of Music will have their Spring Concert on Thursday, March 28, at 7:30 p.m. in Fowler Center’s Riceland Hall. This concert is free and open to the public.

The program will include: “Danny Boy” arranged by Bruce Nelson, “Hungarian March” by Hector Berlioz and arranged by Cody Hutchison, “Fanfare for a Friend” by John Stevens, “Tenebrae factae sunt” by Michael Haydn and “Tubamobile” by Thom Ritter George. “Rigaudon” by Andre Campra, “Brass Symphony” by Jan Koetsier, “Praise God From Whom All Blessings Flow Fanfare” by Tom O'Connor.

Tuba/Euphonium Ensemble personnel include: Euphoniums: Jacob Davis, Jeremy Drymon, Sterling Dunham, Cody Hutchison, Chandler Weber, and LaDawna Williams. Tubas: Eric Barnet, Blake Craft, Macoe Davis, Cody Duncan, Jon Edmonds, Spencer Graham, Jacob Van Aalsburg and Charles Willis.

Brass Choir personnel include: Trumpets: Seth Jansen, Cassidy Lucas, and Matt Penny. Horn: Andrew Webb. Trombones: Nathan Anderson, Daniel Harrelson, Devondre Hince, and Alex McClung. Tuba: Eric Barnet.
